Description
After continuous rainfall for three days, the water in Pecan Creek rose suddenly and spilled over into the Quakertown Park, rising to the back of the Emily Fowler Library, flooding the north parking lot, and parts of Oakland street. The waters rose over the front curb, but did not come close to the front doors.
